Beyond the Case.

Supporting the Whole Person.

Mindfully Restored is a Forensic Social Work & Justice Support Program designed to bridge behavioral health, the legal system, and community resoures for individuals and families navigating court and justice involvement. The program complements legal representation by addressing psychosocial needs that may affect functioning, treatment engagement, stability, rehabilitation, and successful community reintegration.

“The attorney handles the legal case. We help address the person behind the case.”

OUR MISSION

To provide compassionate, informed, and culturally responsive forensic social work services that promote understanding, equity, and second chances by addressing the whole person- not just the offense.

Why Mindfully Restored?

Legal involvement rarely exists in isolation. A person may also be navigating trauma, behavioral health concerns, substance use, housing instability, unemployment, family conflict, transportation barriers, educational disruption, financial instability, or difficulty accessing treatment and community resources. These circumstances can influence a client's ability to engage with counsel, follow recommendations, maintain stability, and move forward successfully.

Mindfully Restored provides a structured social work response that looks beyond the immediate legal matter to identify needs, strengths, barriers, and practical interventions that can support a more stable path forward.

Professional Referrals

Mindfully Restored welcomes professional referrals from attorneys, courts, social workers, probation and justice-system professionals, behavioral health providers, and community agencies. Referral procedures, service availability, timelines, and fees are established based on the requested service and scope of the individual matter.
