Children/Teen Therapy
(Ages 7-12)
Through play, children engage with materials that help them articulate feelings they might struggle to express verbally. Utilizing toys, art, and movement, children are guided in processing experiences, resolving conflicts, and developing coping skills. We strive to provide high-quality care and respect each client's time. In order to ensure availability for all clients and to maintain the integrity of our scheduling process, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
Cancellation Notice: We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us the opportunity to offer your slot to someone else in need.
Late Cancellations and No-Shows: If you cancel or reschedule an appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, or fail to show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged $90.
Medicaid Clients: Clients using Medicaid are subject to a strict attendance policy. Multiple missed appointments (i.e., late cancellations or no-shows) may result in termination of services. We understand that emergencies happen, but regular attendance is crucial for effective treatment and maintaining Medicaid coverage. Please contact us if you anticipate difficulty attending sessions.
