I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA) with a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Social Work, bringing 10 years of experience in the social work field, including 6 years of clinical experience. I am passionate about providing compassionate, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed care to individuals navigating mental health challenges, life transitions, and personal stressors.

My clinical approach emphasizes individualized treatment planning, comprehensive psychosocial assessments, evidence-based interventions, and strengths-based practices that empower clients to recognize their strengths, develop effective coping strategies, and improve their overall well-being. I have a strong interest in supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, emotional dysregulation, and other psychosocial concerns.

I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental therapeutic environment where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered throughout their healing journey. My professional philosophy centers on meeting clients where they are, advocating for their needs, promoting resilience, and helping them achieve meaningful and sustainable personal growth.

I remain committed to ongoing professional development, ethical clinical practice, and expanding my knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities to provide quality mental health services to the individuals and communities I serve.
