Shayonna

Psychotherapist

I’m a therapist with a strong foundation in family-centered care, leadership, and clinical supervision. Over the past six years, I’ve worked closely with individuals and families in high-need settings while also mentoring the next generation of social workers.

In my private practice, I provide a supportive and honest space where clients can work through challenges, deepen self-awareness, and create lasting change in their lives and relationships.

When I’m not wearing my social work hat, you can find me intentionally engaging in self-care—spending time with my fur baby Trixie, being with family, cooking, laughing, and exploring the world. I’m passionate about aligning my life with my values and draw inspiration from Maya Angelou. I live by the belief that, “Life is going to give you what you put into it. Put your whole heart in everything you do, and pray—then you can wait,” and I carry that mindset with me through both my personal life and my work with clients.
