Raven

Life can bring unexpected challenges, and having a supportive space to process emotions, navigate difficult experiences, and foster growth can make all the difference. My goal is to provide a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered on their journey toward healing.

I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, life transitions, and identity-related concerns. My approach is collaborative and person-centered, drawing primarily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and somatic-based techniques to help clients build insight, strengthen coping skills, and reconnect with themselves. I am also continuing my training in Trauma-Informed and Perinatal Mental Health Informed Care to further support the diverse needs of my clients.

I earned a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Master of Arts in Human Services Counseling with a specialization in Crisis Response and Trauma from Liberty University. My passion for counseling is rooted in a desire to help others feel seen, valued, and supported as they navigate life's challenges.

As a wife, mother, and counselor, I understand the importance of connection, resilience, and self-compassion. It is a privilege to walk alongside clients as they process difficult experiences, honor their stories, discover their strengths, and move toward a life of greater balance, healing, and hope.
